Job Title: Quality Supervisor / Quality Manager

Role Overview
The Quality Supervisor / Manager is responsible for ensuring that all processes, products, and services comply with established quality standards and customer requirements. The role involves supervising the quality control team, developing quality assurance systems, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO or other relevant standards.
- Oversee inspection activities, audits, and quality control procedures across operations.
- Monitor product and process quality performance, identify deviations, and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits with certification bodies.
- Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors based on quality criteria and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, inspection records, and maintain traceability.
- Lead root cause analysis activities and recommend improvement strategies.
- Train employees on quality policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure product quality at all stages.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to quality operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, or CQE are preferred.
- Minimum of 4–8 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QMS, QA/QC procedures, and industry compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in inspection tools, testing procedures, calibration activities, and quality metrics.
- Ability to lead root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why’s, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/QMS software, and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
