Zusammenfassung

ABIS is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Manager to establish and run the project quality control system for piping, civil and mechanical works. You will ensure compliance with contractual, code, and specification requirements through inspections, tests, NCR management, and client coordination.

You will develop the QC Plan and ITPs, supervise QC Inspectors, review reports, manage NCRs, calibrate equipment, and lead internal audits and site quality walkdowns, with handover readiness as a key

Qualifikationen

• Over 10 years of QC/QA experience on EPC or industrial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• CWI or equivalent QC certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the Quality Control Plan and ITPs.
• Manage and supervise QC Inspectors across piping, civil, and mechanical disciplines.
• Ensure inspections, tests and hold points are executed per approved ITPs and specs.
• Review and approve inspection reports, NDE reports, and material certificates.
• Coordinate third-party and client inspections and certifications.
• Ensure calibration and control of inspection and test equipment.
• Conduct internal quality audits and site quality walkdowns.
• Prepare quality documentation for project handover.
