Kent seeks a QC Inspector-Civil to be based in Saudi Arabia to support project quality through inspections, testing, and documentation. The role requires Aramco approval and CBT passed, with coordination across client and Kent teams.

The candidate will manage ITPs, participate in inspections, and ensure complete quality records while maintaining strong relations with client personnel and project teams.

• Support in achieving project goals and organizational objectives.
• Be proactive in identifying improvement areas and create action plans.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports to project Quality leadership.
• Attend inspections and testing as identified in the ITP.
• Perform a variety of inspection functions and document results.
• Manage quality records and deviations from QP and Kent MIS.
• Update Punchlist with deviations and ensure closure.
• Coordinate with client representatives to expedite inspections.
• Generate RFIs for Hold, Witness and Inspection points.
• Carry out inspections on EI items and sign off on approval.
• Conduct surveillance inspections and document deviations from QP and MIS.
• Review calibration status of test equipment before use.
• Support construction personnel regarding QP and MIS.
• Maintain good relations with Kent and Client personnel.
• Assist with development of ITPs and Quality Records for project scope.

Kent is looking for a QC Inspector-Civil to be based in Saudi Arbia Project

The candidate must have Aramco Approval + CBT Passed

• Support in the achievement project and organization goals, visions and objectives.
• Be proactive in identifying areas of improvement and create suitable action plans to improve project performance.
• Produce weekly / monthly reports to the project Quality leadership as applicable*.
• Work cross functionally to design, develop and track project quality objectives
• Attend all necessary inspections and testing’s as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Perform a variety of inspection functions.
• Quality documentation management.
• Record and document all deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Kent Management System.
• Update the Punchlist management system with all deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Kent Management System.
• Coordinate with the client representatives to ensure that inspections are carried out expediently.
• Generate client Requests for Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for Hold, Witness and Inspection points.
• Carry out inspections on Exception Items (Punch items) (EI) as documented in the Punchlist management system and sign off as closed when activity is approved & complete.
• Continually carry out surveillance inspections on the project, recording and documenting all deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Kent Management System.
• Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project to ensure the equipment is within calibration prior to use.
• Provide support to the construction personnel in relation to the Project Quality Program and the Kent Management System
• Maintain a good working relationship with all Kent and Client personnel.
• Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports, etc.
• Where required, assist with the development of project Inspection & Test Plans (ITP’s) and associated Quality Records (QRs) and Test Records (TRs) for the project scope of works in accordance with the contract requirements, applicable legislative, local government and other regulatory requirements.
