This role is critical in developing and implementing effective testing strategies that improve product quality and enhance customer satisfaction. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and execute comprehensive testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to validate software functionality and performance
• Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring thorough follow-up until resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and improve product quality throughout the development cycle
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders
• Develop testing methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices in testing and quality assurance
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in quality assurance and testing tools
• Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices in testing and quality assurance

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance and testing in software development environments
• Hands‑on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus
