Job summary

The role involves developing quality indicators, conducting RCA and FMEA, ensuring accreditation readiness, training staff, and preparing reports for committees and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a clinical healthcare field with CPHQ or an equivalent certification; Master's or postgraduate diploma in Quality Management is a plus.
• 3+ years in healthcare quality or patient safety, including JCI accreditation experience.
