Al Salama Hospital’s Quality team is seeking a dedicated professional to monitor and improve the quality of care and patient safety across the hospital. You will drive improvement initiatives, support risk management and accreditation readiness, and help build a strong culture of safety.

You will lead quality indicators, perform RCAs/FMEAs, train staff, and lead safety huddles while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical healthcare field with CPHQ or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years in healthcare quality or patient safety, including JCI accreditation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor quality indicators and lead improvement initiatives.
• Conduct RCA and FMEA, manage incident reporting and follow-up.
• Ensure accreditation standards compliance and survey readiness.
• Train staff and lead safety huddles and awareness campaigns.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for committees and regulatory bodies.

• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and support survey readiness.
• Train staff and lead safety huddles and awareness campaigns.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for committees and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in a clinical healthcare field with CPHQ or an equivalent certification (Master’s or postgraduate diploma in Quality Management is a plus).
• Experience: 3+ years in healthcare quality or patient safety, including JCI accreditation experience.
