Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. is seeking a QC Inspector - Instrument to perform in-process and final inspections of instrumentation construction activities on site in Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and standards, including loop checks and calibration. You will record results, raise non-conformances, manage ITPs, and coordinate with clients and third-party inspectors while maintaining meticulous QC documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a QC Inspector on instrumentation construction projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering.
• QC/inspection certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-process and final inspections on instrumentation installation works.
• Witness loop checks, calibration, and instrument testing activities per the ITP.
• Verify instrument installation, tubing, and wiring against approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify materials and instruments against material certificates and specifications.
• Record inspection results and raise Non-Conformance Reports as required.
• Coordinate hold points and inspections with client/third-party inspectors.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists, and daily QC reports.
• Verify calibration status of test and measuring equipment used on site.
• Support punch-list generation and verification of closure for instrumentation works.
• Ensure work fronts comply with approved method statements and instrumentation standards.
• Support preparation of quality documentation for instrumentation handover dossiers.
