Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years experience as QC Inspector on piping/civil/mechanical projects.
• CSWIP or CWI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections on piping, civil, and mechanical works.
• Witness hydrotests, NDE activities, and other tests per the ITP.
• Verify materials, welding, and installation against drawings and specifications.
• Record inspection results and raise Non-Conformance Reports as required.
• Coordinate hold points and inspections with client/third-party inspectors.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists, and daily QC reports.
• Verify calibration status of measuring and test equipment used on site.
• Support punch-list generation and verification of closure.
• Ensure work fronts comply with approved method statements.
• Report quality issues and trends to the QC Manager.
• Support preparation of quality documentation for handover dossiers.
