Job summary

Master works is seeking an experienced Software Quality Lead to oversee QA activities, define testing standards, and ensure high-quality software delivery across projects. You will drive quality strategy and mentor QA engineers.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in software QA, strong test automation, API testing, and hands-on experience with CI/CD. Excellent communication and Agile/Scrum expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance/Testing.
• Strong experience in test automation and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with API testing and CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software quality and testing activities across projects.
• Define and implement QA strategies, standards, processes, and best practices.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and risk-based testing approaches.
• Oversee functional, integration, API, regression, and automation testing.
• Ensure quality gates and testing activities are integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, defects, and release readiness.
• Identify quality risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers and support knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to resolve quality issues.
