Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in quality/engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of QA/QC experience.
• Well versed with QMS requirements and industry standards.
• Experience as MR/ Lead Auditor/ Internal Auditor/ Trainer of Quality System.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer quality related activities.
• Define and develop quality control plan as per customer’s requirements.
• Prepare pre-production documentation for customer orders.
• Review and approve documents from vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer complaints/non-conformances.
• Drive CAPA process with timely closure and trend improvements.
• Investigate and resolve product deficiencies and non-conformances.
• Ensure QA/QC systems meet quality management requirements.
• Coordinate with customers on quality issues.
• Process and maintain records of customer complaints.
• Prepare and update standard procedures and work instructions.
• Prepare quality reports.
• Conduct statistical studies to ensure process capability.
• Maintain/improve QMS to meet requirements.
• Evaluate quality system issues and procedural compliance.
• Manage non-conforming materials and products.
• Manage audits (API/ISO/3rd party) and inspection routines.
• Perform vendor evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Lead internal QMS audits as assigned.
• Carry out documentation and coordination tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• – Diploma or Degree in Quality/Engineering or related discipline.
• – Minimum 8 years of related working experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• – Well versed with Quality Management System Requirement.
• – Good knowledge on relevant Product, Technical Standards and Codes.
• – Good knowledge on processes and best practices.
• – Experience working as MR/ Lead Auditor/ Internal Auditor/ Trainer of Quality System.
• – Good knowledge of quality tools and measurement skills.
• – Strong investigation and problem-solving skills.
• – Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
