Job summary

Tangent International is seeking an experienced PTT & MDM Solution Performance Engineer in Riyadh to lead end-to-end performance analysis, assurance and reporting for Push-to-Talk and Mobile Device Management within a telecom managed services setting.

You will examine 4G/5G SA environments, integrate with CRM and BSS, and develop BI dashboards and reports using SQL, Python and BI tools. Fluent English required; strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced PTT & MDM Solution Performance Engineer to support end-to-end performance analysis, assurance and reporting for Push-to-Talk and Mobile Device Management solutions within a telecom managed services environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of PTT and MDM technologies combined with telecom Mobile Core, BSS, charging, analytics and performance assurance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-demand, short-term and long-term performance analysis across PTT and MDM solutions.
• Support Motorola PTT and cloud-based MDM platforms integrated with Mobile Core and BSS environments.
• Perform service assurance, KPI analysis and technical reporting.
• Analyse MDM/MTD environments across Android and Windows devices and COTS hardware.
• Analyse charging configurations, dumps, usage records and CDRs.
• Perform interface signalling trace analysis for PTT and MDM services.
• Support integration with CRM, billing and customer care systems.
• Analyse PTT and MDM nodes in terms of design, configuration, statistics, KPIs and reporting.
• Support services operating within 4g/5g sa environments.
• Work with UPM and analytics platforms to support KPIs, reports and service performance processes.
• Review and audit HLD/LLD designs and translate technical designs into monitoring and reporting requirements.
• Support service design, business configuration, fleet profiles, roaming programmes, MOP development and end-to-end testing.
• Build performance management reports, audit reports and business intelligence dashboards.
• Use SQL, Python, Linux shell, VBA, ENIQ, UPM and BI tools to analyse and visualise service performance.
• Support the use of AI/ML concepts for anomaly detection and service degradation prediction.
• Develop improvement proposals for PTT end-user experience and MDM business cases.
• Support performance and capacity preparation for major events including Ramadan, Hajj, National Day and Founding Day.

Technical Requirements

• Strong PTT and MDM solution experience within telecom environments.
• Motorola PTT experience.
• Cloud-based MDM experience.
• MDM/MTD experience across Android and Windows.
• Knowledge of mobile security concepts.
• Strong understanding of telecom charging systems.
• Experience with prepaid, postpaid and enterprise service models.
• BSS integration experience covering CRM, billing and customer care.
• Understanding of 4g/5g sa environments.
• Experience with HLD, LLD and MOP documentation.
• Strong performance analysis and KPI reporting capabilities.
• Experience analysing CDRs, signalling traces and service flows.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python and Linux shell.
• Exposure to ENIQ, UPM and BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts for performance analytics would be relevant.
