Job summary

Reval Operations Maintenance is seeking a highly capable leader to oversee O&M projects, drive business development, and secure new contracts in the Saudi market.

You will manage project performance, lead cross‑functional teams, build client relationships, review proposals, monitor costs and KPIs, and ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM/BA/Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Operation & Maintenance or Facility Management.
• Proven track record securing O&M projects and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of tenders, pricing and proposal prep.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and client management.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• PMP or related certification preferred.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee O&M projects per contracts and specs.
• Lead project teams and monitor operational performance.
• Identify and pursue new O&M and FM opportunities.
• Build and develop relationships with clients and target companies.
• Monitor tenders, RFPs, and business opportunities.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals with relevant departments.
• Analyze project costs and ensure targeted profit margins.
• Negotiate with clients through award and contract signing.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, schedules, and KPIs.
• Manage client relationships and address feedback and complaints.
• Follow up on contract renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on projects and opportunities for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Previous experience in Operation & Maintenance or Facility Management (O&M / FM).
• Proven track record in securing O&M projects and contracts and developing new business.
• Strong knowledge of tenders, pricing, and technical & commercial proposal preparation.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and client management skills.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• PMP or a relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Fluency in English.

Priority will be given to candidates with a strong network and proven experience in securing O&M contracts and managing projects.
