Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee mechanical/electrical construction and maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule alignment.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution across multiple sites.
• Manage procurement activities, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance to avoid delays.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including IPCs, Variation Orders, progress reports, and manpower/resource distribution plans.
• Monitor project financials, including invoicing status, expenses, and margins, and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality requirements on all project sites.
• Lead site teams and coordinate with department managers to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Manage client relationships and represent the company in project meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
• Ensure timely close-out of projects, including completion certificates and final documentation.
