Job summary

India Abroad in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives on-site. You will manage planning, budgeting, scheduling and monitoring while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, excellent English communication, and strong problem-solving skills. Immigrant candidates are welcome; you will report to senior leadership with regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project development including planning, budgeting, scheduling, implementing and monitoring.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders for successful project completion.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to meet deadlines.
• Develop reports on project progress for senior leadership.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards.
