Job summary

HRsource is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of security technology solutions, including CCTV Surveillance and Access Control systems. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to go-live, coordinating hardware and software deployments and integrations with building management and ERP systems.

The role requires 5+ years in solutions integration with CCTV/access control, strong IP networking knowledge, and familiarity with major VMS/ACS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in Solutions Integration, CCTV, or Access Control.
• Strong grasp of IP networking, VMS/ACS platforms, and systems integration.
• Experience with Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon, Hikvision, Lenel, Honeywell, HID, or Gallagher is a plus.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CCTV & Access Control integration projects
• Manage vendor SLAs, contracts, and multi-stakeholder relationships
• Own the RAID log, risk mitigation, and structured UAT/FAT-SAT testing
• Coordinate site surveys, cabling schedules, and field deployment
• Maintain governance documentation aligned to PMBOK/Agile/hybrid standards

You'll own the full project lifecycle — from initiation through go-live and closure — coordinating IP camera and VMS deployments, access control platforms (card readers, biometrics, turnstiles, electronic locks), and integrations with building management, ERP, and alarm/intrusion systems.
