Job summary

BTAM actively maintains CCTV systems, overseeing PM and CM tasks with assigned supervisors and technicians. The role ensures daily CCTV health checks, proper documentation, and coordination with control room and external agencies.

You will work across Netavis, Milestone, and server environments to keep cameras operational. Applicants should hold a degree in Electrical or Instrumentation/Control Systems and have hands-on CCTV experience, including IP cameras, Axis servers, and storage solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation/Control System Engineering.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems.
• Experience with CCTV software and hardware.
• Experience with IP cameras and Axis servers.
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers.
• Storage systems experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preventive maintenance (PM) master plan for CCTV systems and execute scheduled PM tasks.
• Assign supervisors and technicians to implement PM schedules.
• Provide PMI (Preventive Maintenance Instructions) to labor crews.
• Follow up PM process and ensure PMI completion.
• Record remarks in PM work order reports and brief planning engineer.
• Address customer complaints and execute corrective maintenance (CM) as required.
• Assign supervisors and technicians for CM and ensure completion.
• Test CCTV assets after CM/PM and verify proper operation.
• Coordinate with control room and external agencies on CCTV matters.
