Job summary

Atkins Realis Group seeks an experienced Project Manager - Electrical in Saudi Arabia to lead large-scale building infrastructure and multidisciplinary projects from initiation to close-out. You will drive delivery, manage scope, schedule and budget, and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in electrical engineering and project management, strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, and proven leadership, communication, and risk-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and project management.
• Experience managing large-scale building infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, HV/LV systems, and building services.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office; PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and risk management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, local regulations and authority requirements.
• Manage client relationships and act as primary contact for project matters.
• Lead meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out documentation.
• Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement across teams.

Your role

Lead and manage electrical engineering projects throughout the entire project lifecycle Oversee project planning scheduling budgeting resource allocation and risk management activities Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consultants contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery Monitor project progress identify challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget objectives Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications industry standards local regulations and authority requirements Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters Review and approve technical submissions drawings procurement plans and project documentation Lead project meetings prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders Oversee testing commissioning handover activities and project close-out documentation Promote a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement across project teams

About you

Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and project management Proven experience managing large-scale building infrastructure commercial residential or mixed-use development projects Strong knowledge of Electrical power distribution systems HV LV systems substations and building services Project planning budgeting and cost control Contract administration and stakeholder management Local authority regulations and international engineering standards Proficiency with Primavera P6 MS Project AutoCAD MS Office and project management tools PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is desirable Excellent leadership communication negotiation and organizational skills
