Job summary

Anotech is seeking a Site Manager to lead data center site activities from installation through IST, commissioning, and handover in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors and OEMs, and ensure successful testing, documentation, and compliance with HSE, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Construction Manager on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong experience in MEP installation, commissioning, L4 IST, and L5 performance testing.
• Good understanding of data center electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead site construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Manage site teams, supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, OEMs, and commissioning teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary systems including Electrical, Mechanical, ELV, ICT, Security, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, Fire Alarm, and Fire Suppression.
• Lead L4 Integrated Systems Testing (IST), including failover, redundancy, utility loss, generator, UPS, cooling, and emergency scenarios.
• Lead L5 performance and operational readiness testing, including load, endurance, reliability, and emergency response testing.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, commissioning agents, and OEMs during testing and handover.
• Manage punch lists, deficiencies, retesting, and technical issue resolution.
• Ensure completion of commissioning records, test reports, O&M manuals, as-builts, and handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.
