Job summary

SIA Partners seeks an experienced Project Manager on a full-time contractor basis to lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements in the Middle East. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery of high-quality projects.

You will develop project plans, monitor risks, and maintain governance artifacts across engagements, reporting to senior leadership and aligning client requirements with delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold PMP certification (or equivalent) and/or PRINCE2.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and budgets.
• Monitor risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply structured project management methodologies to drive efficiency and outcomes.
• Act as primary contact between client leadership and delivery team.
• Communicate project status, risks and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional consulting teams and SMEs.
• Support resource planning and workload allocation.
• Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

  • Coordinate cross-functional consulting teams and subject matter experts
  • Support resource planning and workload allocation across engagements
• Reporting amp Governance
  • Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for senior leadership

Minimum

• 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Prior experience in a management consulting environment is a must
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced environments
• PMP certification (or equivalent, e.g. PRINCE2) is a must
• Saudi National (mandatory)Native Arabic speaker (mandatory); English fluency required
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to operate effectively under pressure across multiple concurrent engagements
