Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager will have a key responsibility for delivering a 250m USD buildings project in Dammam. The project consists of 10 low to midrise buildings and basic infrastructure works that make up the new headquarters for a prestigious international client who is expanding dramatically within the kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures the project requirements and expectations are on schedule and within cost projections.
Provides direction and coordination with all relevant disciplines (MEP, infrastructure, civils, etc.).
Maintains good open communication with all necessary members of the clients, both internal and external.
Reviews all official correspondence and reports for compliance with project requirements.
Maintains a good and healthy work environment for all employees.
Reviews and comments on project scope definition including the project management plan.
Responsible for pre and post contract works including design management, statutory permission, NOCs and building permits, contract procurement, and contractor appointments.
Expertise in project programming, cost control, and contract administration for building and infrastructure projects.
To be considered for this role, you will hold a bachelor's in civil engineering along with 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 years of KSA experience. You will have a strong knowledge of project control systems and Quality and Safety procedures within a Tier 1 contractor. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders from senior executives to blue-collar staff. An understanding of Arabic will be preferential.
