Job summary

ASSYSTEM SOLUTIONS FZCO is seeking a detail-oriented PMO/Project Coordinator in Riyadh to support planning, tracking, and reporting on projects. You will monitor milestones, KPIs, risks, and issues, and ensure governance standards are followed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or a related field, strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. English communication is essential; Arabic is a plus.

• Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes, templates and governance standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO tools and reporting practices.
