The Project Engineer Specialist will be responsible for managing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of various projects related to the construction, renovation, and operation of warehouses and cars quick service centers and any related project in the company. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Saudi building codes, local regulations, and standards, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all legal and safety requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget estimates. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the planned scope, schedule, and budget.
Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with Saudi building codes and industry standards. Provide technical expertise and support during the design and construction phases. Perform site visits to evaluate project progress and ensure that work is carried out according to design specifications and safety standards.
Ensure that all projects comply with Saudi building codes, municipality regulations, Civil Defense and environmental standards. Prepare and submit necessary documents for permits, approvals, and certifications required for project execution. Keep updated on the latest regulations and building code updates and ensure their implementation throughout project phases.
Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in construction and project delivery. Enforce safety regulations and ensure that all construction activities comply with occupational health and safety guidelines. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project safety and efficiency.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, progress, and any encountered challenges. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide project updates and seek input as needed. Address and resolve any project-related issues, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
