Samsung E&A is seeking a Project Engineer/PM to manage mechanical and piping activities within the Fadhili Gas Increment Program. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to ensure safe, efficient project delivery through commissioning and handover to the operating client.

The role requires 5–8 years of EPC project management experience in oil/gas or petrochemical environments, with strong leadership and communication skills for multi-stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant project management experience in EPC/oil and gas.
• Experience with large-scale EPC projects and turnover to operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for mechanical and piping.
• Oversee safe transfer of plant systems from construction through commissioning to operation.
• Review technical submittals and manage technical bid evaluation.
• Maintain progress against schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with client, vendors, and government entities as needed.
