SAMSUNG E&A is seeking a Project Engineer for Completion and Handover to manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk across the Fadhili Gas Increment Program. The role oversees safe transfer of plant systems from construction through commissioning to operations, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Experience in oil/gas/petrochemical or power plants.
• Experience in engineering, procurement, construction projects and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management.
• Ensure safe, certified transfer of plant systems from construction to operation.
• Prepare project plans, gate meetings, and deliverables.
• Coordinate interfaces with Client, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance.
• Support commissioning activities and handover documentation.
