Job summary

SAMSUNG E&A in Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk for mechanical and piping functions across a major EPC program.

You will oversee handover from construction to commissioning, ensure safety and technical integrity, and coordinate with client and vendors to keep delivery on time and within cost.

Candidates should have 5–8 years in project management for oil/gas or petrochemical plants, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in project management within large-scale EPC projects.
• Experience in oil/gas, petrochemical, or power plants.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ITB contract review and scope of work identification.
• Maintain project activities to meet schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Prepare project plans and gate meetings; ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate Technical Bid Evaluation and submittal reviews.
• Monitor progress across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Report risks and coordinate with clients and vendors.
• Prepare COB documentation and ensure proper handover to operations.
