Job summary

SAMSUNG E&A, a specialized EPC company, is seeking a Project Engineer to manage mechanical and piping functions, overseeing planning, budgeting, and risk management through commissioning. You will coordinate with client teams to ensure safe, certified handover of plant systems and maintain schedule integrity.

The role requires 5–8 years in project management within large EPC settings, with oil/gas or petrochemical experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of project management experience in large EPC projects.
• Experience in oil, gas, petrochemical or power plants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Ensure transfer of plant systems from construction through commissioning.
• Review technical submittals from contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain delivery within schedule, cost, and quality standards.
• Prepare project plans and gate meetings per project guidelines.
• Coordinate with Client, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance teams.
