Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. You will coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, with 5+ years in project management or engineering in construction. PMP/LEED is preferred, and a proactive problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management or engineering experience in construction/infrastructure.
• PMP, LEED or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering standards, codes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to enable effective communication.
• Develop and review plans, specifications and technical reports for compliance with standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits, ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Prepare progress reports, proposals and technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, negotiate contracts and manage project documentation.
