Job summary

Havelock One Interiors WLL is seeking a Project Engineer to execute and assist with large fit-out projects in KSA with minimal supervision from the Project Manager. You will coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction across the entire process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to requirements.

The role requires five to eight years of similar experience, preferably in hospitality, with strong communication skills and proven execution abilities in multinational

Qualifications

• Minimum of five to eight years of relevant project engineering experience, preferably in Hospitality sector.
• Strong technical and execution abilities with a track record of delivering fit-out projects.
• Experience with professional fit-out contracting companies and in-house workforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and assist with large fit-out projects with minimal supervision from the project manager.
• Manage site activities: taking possession, planning, scheduling, coordinating resources and overseeing contractors.
• Maintain records of construction progress, vendor and trades coordination, and site safety.
• Ensure project objectives, scope, and performance requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Summary

The project engineer s role will be to execute and assist with large fit-out projects independentlywith minimum supervision from the project manager.

Duties and responsibilities

Complete management of the project at site from taking possession of the unit from clientto site handover Specifying project objectives and plans including delineation of scope scheduling settingperformance requirements etc Maximizing resource efficiency labour materials and equipment Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning design estimating contracting and construction in the entire process Maintaining accurate records as construction progress throughout the projects Responsible for overview of the construction sites and management of vendors and trades In addition keep good communication between the Clients at all times Project Management Planning Cost Management Time Management Quality Management Contract Administration Safety Management which includes specific activities like definingthe responsibilities and management structure of the project management team organizing and leading by implementing project controls.

Personal qualities

We are looking for a versatile Project Engineer in KSA who has a minimum of five to eight years similar experience preferablyin Hospitality sector Successful track record of working on these type of projects e g Hospitality Hotels HighEnd Residential Palaces F B Retail Entertainment Health Education etc Very strong technical and execution abilities Previous experience of working with professional fit out contracting companies with theirin-house workforce Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in amultinational environment Computer literate AutoCAD MS Projects MS Office.
