Job summary

ABSP Co., a subsidiary of Albawani Holding, invites applications for a Civil Engineer to support planning, supervision, and documentation of civil works at project sites in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with IFC drawings, project specs, and safety standards while coordinating with multiple disciplines.

Fresh graduates are welcome; SBC/ACI/ASTM knowledge is an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is expected, with English communication and teamwork skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a Saudi university.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; total professional experience must not exceed one year.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution activities.
• Basic knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC), ACI, ASTM and applicable construction standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic working knowledge of AutoCAD; exposure to Civil 3D or Revit is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Review IFC drawings, project specifications, bills of quantities, and approved construction documents before starting site activities.
• Assist in supervising excavation, earthworks, concrete, structural, masonry, and finishing activities in accordance with approved drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate site activities with supervisors, subcontractors, surveyors, QA/QC personnel, and other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site records, quantity take-offs, material requests, and supporting technical documentation.
• Monitor workmanship, productivity, materials, and site progress, and immediately report any deviation from approved requirements.
• Support inspection requests, technical queries, material approvals, and coordination with consultants and client representatives.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings, snag lists, handover records, and project close-out documentation.
• Comply with ABSP Co. quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements at all times.

Job Title: Civil Engineer

Role Purpose:

The Civil Engineer supports the planning, supervision, execution, and documentation of civil and structural works on construction projects.
