Job summary

Omnium International Limited in Saudi Arabia invites a Saudi national engineering graduate to launch a career in construction and project management as a Project Coordinator. You will join an experienced team supporting major projects and gain hands-on experience across the project lifecycle.

You will work with project managers, engineers, consultants and contractors, developing technical and professional skills, while building a foundation for a long-term career in construction and project

Qualifications

• Saudi national status as required
• Recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related construction discipline
• Open to Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering backgrounds
• Interested in construction and project management with a long-term career goal
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
• Attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of tasks

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager and team in day-to-day coordination and delivery of construction projects
• Assist with project reporting, progress tracking, meetings, and maintaining records
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Attend project meetings, assist with agendas, minutes, trackers, and follow-up actions
• Monitor project programmes, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues and actions
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for clients and senior stakeholders
• Support document management and ensure accurate project information
• Develop understanding of budgets, cost management, procurement, contracts, and commercial processes
• Gain exposure to full project lifecycle from design to construction and completion
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Consultants and Contractors
• Develop understanding of construction methodologies, project management processes, HSE, quality and regulatory requirements
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and gradually increase responsibility
• Support wider Omnium team with project and business activities as required
• Participate in training, mentoring and professional development opportunities

Duties amp Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and wider team in the day‑to‑day coordination and delivery of construction projects
• Assist with project reporting progress tracking meeting preparation and maintaining accurate project records
• Coordinate with consultants contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to support the smooth delivery of project activities
• Attend project meetings and assist with agendas minutes action trackers and follow‑up activities
• Support the monitoring of project programmes key milestones deliverables risks issues and actions
• Assist with the preparation of project reports presentations and updates for clients and senior stakeholders
• Support document management and ensure project information is maintained accurately and efficiently
• Develop an understanding of project budgets cost management procurement contracts and commercial processes
• Assist in monitoring construction progress and gain exposure to the full project lifecycle from design and procurement through to construction and completion
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers Engineers Architects Consultants and Contractors
• Develop an understanding of construction methodologies project management processes health and safety quality and regulatory requirements
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and gradually assume greater responsibility as knowledge skills and experience develop

• Recently graduated with a Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related construction discipline
• Open to graduates from Civil Architectural Mechanical Electrical or other relevant engineering backgrounds
• Ideally 1-3 years experience in construction engineering project management consultancy or a related field however relevant internship experience will also be considered
• Genuine interest in construction and project management with a desire to build a long‑term career in the industry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to work collaboratively with people at different levels
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Proactive positive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
