Job summary

Norconsult Telematics Limited in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, documentation and execution of network-sector construction and special projects.

You will review AutoCAD drawings and Revit models, coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, maintain documentation and progress trackers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related project environments.
• Experience with construction projects, preferably network infrastructure, telecom, data centers, utilities, or special projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, meetings and follow-up actions between project teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Review and coordinate AutoCAD drawings and Revit models and support design/site coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, trackers and ensure timely escalation and closure of outstanding issues.

To coordinate and support the delivery of Network Sector projects by managing project activities, documentation, drawings, and stakeholder follow-up, while using AutoCAD and Revit to support technical coordination and ensure projects are delivered on time and according to requirements.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of network-sector construction and special projects. The role serves as a coordination link between the Special Projects Delivery Director, project teams, engineering disciplines, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to approved scope, schedule, quality, and technical requirements. The position requires strong project coordination capabilities combined with practical knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit to review, coordinate, update, and manage project drawings, models, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, meetings, and follow-up actions between project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Technical Coordination: Review and coordinate AutoCAD drawings and Revit models, support design/site coordination, and identify technical issues or conflicts.
• Project Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation, progress reports, trackers, submissions, and ensure timely escalation and closure of outstanding issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related project environments.
• Previous experience working with construction projects, preferably within network infrastructure, telecom, data centers, utilities, or special projects.
• Strong practical experience with AutoCAD.
• Working to strong proficiency in Revit, including model/drawing review and coordination.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of project coordination and construction processes.
