Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V, a leading international EPC contractor, seeks a Project Controls Manager for a project in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee schedule, cost control, risk, and contract administration, coordinating with multiple disciplines to deliver on time and within budget.

You will develop resource-loaded schedules, monitor progress, manage variations and claims, and lead the project controls team. A Civil/Mechanical degree and 5+ years of managerial cost-control experience, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role with cost control experience.
• International project experience is a plus.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update the resource-loaded schedule with project departments and report status.
• Monitor cost performance and update cost control tools; prepare budget forecasts.
• Handle pricing of variations during project execution.
• Manage claims including Extension of Time claims.
• Establish and manage invoicing procedures and supervise implementation.
• Manage risk and schedule risk analyses and mitigation plans.
• Support development of Project Controls team members and share lessons learned.
• Maintain positive relationships with Employer and Engineer representatives.

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Project Controls Manager to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team in one of our projects in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description

• Develop, monitor and update the resource-loaded schedule and progress of works in cooperation with other project departments and report its status
• Monitor cost performance and cost control activities update cost control tools and prepare budget forecasts.
• Handle the pricing of variations during project execution.
• Manage claims including Extension of Time Claims.
• Having awareness of planning principals.
• Prepare the contractually required reports as well as the Company’s internal project controls reports.
• Manage the contract scope including claims, variation orders and contract / sub-contract administration.
• Establish and manage the invoicing procedure and supervise its proper implementation.
• Manage the risk management and schedule risk analysis (internal and with client; identify, communicate risks and areas of concerns and propose mitigation plans (both internally and with the client).
• Follow and implement the established Project Controls’ processes as well as Company’s policies and procedures.
• Support the development of the Project Controls team members.
• Identify and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement of project performance and company operations.
• Build and actively maintain positive customer relationships with Employer’s and Engineer’s representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering discipline from a reputed and recognized university.
• At least 5 years from managerial position with experience in cost control management.
• Previous international experience is privilege
• Previous experience in marine projects is privilege.
• High skills in reporting and presentations.
• Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language.
