Job summary

The successful candidate will develop detailed timelines and budgets, coordinate among architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, and ensure designs comply with applicable codes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 5 years total experience, including 2 years in the targeted role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design/drafting software.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Quality Control: Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and enforce quality standards.
• Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, proposals, reports, and other project documentation.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve project issues proactively to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct reviews and provide recommendations for future projects.
• Design Conceptualization: Develop innovative architectural designs that meet client needs and project requirements.
• Drafting & Modeling: Create detailed drawings, using CAD and related software.
