As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, including giga-projects, smart cities, and critical infrastructure developments. This role is pivotal to ensuring that BEC Arabia delivers on its commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability.In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with high-profile clients such as NEOM, Saudi Aramco, and the Public Investment Fund, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your day-to-day activities will include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and performance monitoring.
