Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Production Technician for tyre curing operations. You will operate curing presses, load and unload tyres, and monitor critical process parameters to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with curing presses, moulds and bladders, and a disciplined approach to safety, 5S, and SOP adherence. Collaboration with Quality and Maintenance teams is essential to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical / Mechatronics or relevant technical discipline required.
• Hands-on experience in tyre curing operations and curing press machinery preferred.
• Willingness to operate and monitor curing presses and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tyre curing presses.
• Load green tyres and unload cured tyres safely.
• Monitor curing time, temperature, pressure, and other process parameters.
• Ensure proper mould and bladder operation.
• Perform routine machine and process checks.
• Identify curing defects and abnormalities.
• Maintain production and quality records.
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Follow SOPs, PPE, 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain production targets and product quality.
