Juffali Industrial Products Company in King Abdullah Economic City seeks a hands-on Production Group Leader to oversee assembly teams, coordinate the daily production plan with planning engineers, and ensure quality and safety on the shop floor. Qualifications

• Technical or vocational diploma in automotive, mechanical, electrical, or industrial field.
• Minimum 4-5 years in manufacturing or assembly with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with shop-floor supervision experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate production group leaders and assembly workers across assigned production areas.
• Execute the approved daily production plan with the Production Planning Engineer and align shop floor activities with priorities.
• Allocate and balance manpower according to plan, workload, skills and absences.
• Monitor hourly and daily progress, identify deviations, and take corrective action.
• Ensure assembly work follows approved documentation, quality requirements and records.
• Coordinate with Quality, Logistics/Stores, Maintenance and other functions on shortages or issues.
• Monitor line-side material availability and coordinate shortages to prevent delays.
• Conduct daily start-of-shift briefings with groups on targets, safety and instructions.
• Ensure production documentation and traceability requirements are completed on time.
• Enforce health and safety, conduct safety briefings, and address unsafe conditions.
• Identify recurring issues and support root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Coach and develop group leaders to improve performance and teamwork.
• Provide timely status updates to Head of Production & Logistics.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of Production Group Leaders and assembly workers across assigned production areas.
• Execute the approved daily production plan in coordination with the Production Planning Engineer and ensure shop floor activities are aligned with production priorities and sequence.
• Allocate and balance manpower according to the daily production plan, workload, skills, absences, and operational priorities.
• Monitor hourly and daily production progress, identify deviations from targets, and take immediate operational action or raise issues when required.
• Ensure assembly work is performed according to approved assembly documentation, standard work, quality requirements, and required production records.
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Logistics/Stores, Maintenance and other supporting functions regarding material shortages, quality concerns, equipment issues and other constraints affecting production.
• Monitor line-side material availability and coordinate shortages with Logistics/Stores to prevent production delays.
• Conduct daily/start-of-shift briefings with Group Leaders covering production targets, priorities, safety, quality issues and special instructions.
• Ensure production documentation, checklists and traceability requirements are completed correctly and on time.
• Enforce health and safety requirements, conduct regular safety briefings, and immediately address or raise unsafe conditions and practices.
• Identify recurring production and quality issues, support root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and follow up implementation of approved improvements.
• Coach and develop Group Leaders and production personnel to improve performance, discipline, technical capability and teamwork.
• Maintain effective communication with the Head of Production & Logistics and provide timely status updates on production performance, manpower, constraints and major issues.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities with practical shopfloor supervision experience.
• Good knowledge of truck/vehicle assembly processes, production documentation, safety requirements and quality control procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to make timely and informed operational decisions.
• Ability to plan and balance manpower, coordinate multiple production areas and work effectively under changing priorities.
• Good communication and coordination skills across Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics and supporting departments.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with production reports, checklists and Microsoft Office tools.
