Job summary

GDC Middle East الشركة السعودية لتهيئة و صيانة الطائرات seeks an Aviation Maintenance Production Control clerk to help schedule aircraft and ensure readiness across operations. You will assist the PC Manager, streamline maintenance actions, and improve aircraft availability.

The role emphasizes safe operations, daily status reporting, and collaboration with the OEM on maintenance matters, warranties, and DART activities, including Saudization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily maintenance goals and priorities to achieve OR rates.
• Report inquiries and analyses related to aviation maintenance to the QC Manager.
• Conduct daily production control meetings to coordinate maintenance support.
• Coordinate maintenance training activities with the Training Manager.
• Support Saudization/localization through professional development programs.
• Ensure all maintenance operations are conducted safely and in compliance.
• Coordinate with OEM on aircraft maintenance, airframes, warranties, and DART activities.
• Complete aircraft and daily status reports per AR 700-138.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the PC Manager.

Job description

Job Requirements:

Functions as the Aviation Maintenance Production Control (PC) clerk under the direction of the PC Manager. Participates in the scheduling of aircraft to meet the contractual operational readiness rates, and customer mission requirements.Plans, schedules, and streamlines all scheduled maintenance actions to afford GDCME and MNG Aviation Command maximum flexibility with aircraft availability and readiness. Streamlines work processes to reduce maintenance cycle time while improving aircraft maintenance operations and readiness. Trains selected MNG Aviation Command personnel to develop and maintain an effective PC management system and conduct effective PC operations. Produces daily status and other readiness reports as required. Ensures that all related operations are conducted in a safe manner.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes daily maintenance organizational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in order to achieve stated OR rates.


• Reports inquiries, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance and supporting maintenance activities to the QC Manager.


• Conducts daily production control meetings to coordinate and synchronize all aviation maintenance support functions.


• Coordinates maintenance training activities and requirements with the Training Manager.


• Supports a professional development program in support of Saudization‑localization.


• Ensures all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.


• Responsible for coordinating with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for matters relating to aircraft maintenance, airframes, warranties and downed aircraft recovery team (DART) activities.


• Ensures all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.


• Completes all aircraft and daily status reports IAW AR 700-138.


• Other tasks as directed by the PC Manager.


• Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with a significant choice of methods. Retains the authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.
