Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Product Specialist in Jeddah, KSA, to build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals. You will present scientific value, drive brand advocacy, and support dermatology-focused offerings across clinics and pharmacies.

You will execute medical strategies, analyze market signals, and optimize field activities using Veeva CRM while ensuring product availability in the region. Saudi driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biology, or related field.
• Medical representative experience is highly valued.
• Dermatology knowledge and ability to translate science into medical detailing.

Reporting to the Medical Visit Manager, you will use your scientific expertise to enhance the brand's image and drive recommendations within the medical community, making a tangible impact on patient well-being. \\* Drive Brand Advocacy & Recommendation: You will visit targeted doctors, presenting the scientific value of our products to increase prescriptions. You'll also represent the brand at key medical congresses and events. \\* Execute Medical Strategy: You will implement the medical visit plan, utilizing all digital and physical promotional tools to deliver personalized and impactful messages to healthcare professionals. \\* Analyze and Strategize for Growth: By analyzing your sector, competitor activity, and prescription data, you will identify new business opportunities and propose strategic action plans to improve results and ensure a strong return on investment. \\* Ensure Operational Excellence: You will manage visit planning, reporting, and activity monitoring through our CRM systems (Veeva) while also ensuring optimal product availability in nearby clinics and pharmacies.
