Salla is seeking a Product Manager who can lead search, product pages, and reviews with curiosity, clarity, and care. You will partner with data and AI teams to turn models into decisions that drive buyer engagement and merchant revenue.

You will own discovery to iteration, define metrics, and deliver validated improvements across thousands of stores, balancing speed with safety through staged rollouts and experiments. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Product Management focusing on live consumer or e-commerce products.
• Proven track record of driving product metrics and business outcomes with clear measurements.
• Experience with AI-native data analysis, prototyping, and research.
• Experience collaborating with Data Science and ML teams on Search/Ranking/Recommendation.
• Experience conducting User Research and Product Experiments.
• Strong understanding of Arabic Search and Discovery, including dialects and mixed queries.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Experience building a product from 0-to-1 is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own search, product page, and reviews from discovery to iteration, linked to buyer conversion and merchant sales.
• Partner with data and AI teams on ranking, query understanding, and semantic search; decide what ships and how to measure it.
• Design the product page around buyer decisions: visibility, trust, and confirmation before purchase.
• Build reviews that buyers trust and merchants can use, including stores with few or no reviews.
• Experiment by default and ship safely across thousands of stores with staged rollouts and guardrails.
• Run continuous discovery by talking to buyers and merchants and testing ideas with prototypes.
• Make data-driven decisions by defining relevant metrics and analyzing funnel performance.
• Work independently, move quickly in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
