Job summary

Saudi AZM in Riyadh is seeking a Product Manager to bridge business and technical teams, owning requirements, driving Agile delivery, and ensuring product quality.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, write user stories, manage backlogs with JIRA, and lead UAT cycles to meet business goals and customer needs. The role is on-site in الرياض and requires 3–8 years of experience and CSPO/PSPO/PMP are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role in a technology environment.
• Proven hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum delivery.
• Practical experience using JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Experience writing User Stories and leading UAT cycles.
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to ensure product goals are met.
• Analyze product plans and technical requirements, and oversee their implementation.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage workflows and ensure teams meet deadlines.
• Manage and organize tasks and backlogs using tools such as JIRA.
• Write User Stories and monitor their execution with development teams.
• Lead and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality.
• Prepare and maintain business requirements and related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the product with market needs and customer requirements.
