Job summary

Imploy is seeking a Product Manager to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered digital learning experiences. You will translate learner needs and business requirements into innovative product solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Instructional Design, Marketing and Business Development to build adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, personalization, and automated grading while ensuring responsible AI and data protection.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with leadership experience.

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap while supporting the development of AI-powered digital learning experiences.

The role focuses on translating learner needs and business requirements into innovative product solutions, working closely with Engineering, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Instructional Design, Marketing, and Business Development teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and multi-phase product roadmap.
• Lead the development of AI-powered learning experiences, including adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, personalized learning paths, content and assessment generation, and automated grading.
• Develop learner models, recommendation systems, knowledge-tracking capabilities, and mastery estimation.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Instructional Design, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Manage product requirements, technical specifications, AI solution evaluations, product experiments, and product analytics.
• Ensure responsible AI, data protection, security, and compliance principles are incorporated into the platform.
• Develop and mentor Product Managers and serve as a product leadership reference for AI and learning across the organization.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with strong experience in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong experience building, developing, and scaling digital products.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, personalization, and data-driven product development.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Data, and Machine Learning teams to develop complex technology products.
• Strong strategic thinking, product leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Recommended Skills

• Experience in Education Technology (EdTech), Software as a Service (SaaS), or technology platforms.
• Experience with Arabic Language Processing.
