Job summary

Imploy is seeking a Product Manager to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered digital learning experiences. You will translate learner needs and business requirements into innovative product solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Instructional Design, Marketing and Business Development to build adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, personalization, and automated grading while ensuring responsible AI and data protection.

Qualifications

8+ years in Product Management with leadership experience.
Experience building, developing, and scaling digital products.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
Experience with Engineering, Data, and ML teams on complex products.
Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead the product vision, strategy, and multi-phase roadmap.
Develop AI-powered learning experiences including adaptive learning and automated grading.
Develop learner models, recommendations, and mastery estimation.
Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Instructional Design, Marketing and Business Development teams.
Manage product requirements, AI evaluations, experiments, and product analytics.
Ensure responsible AI, data protection, security, and compliance.
Develop and mentor Product Managers and serve as product leadership reference.
