Job summary

Sarj | سرج is seeking a product-minded professional to own key areas of our product portfolio in a fast-growing, AI-driven startup. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to translate customer needs into actionable requirements and drive features from concept to launch.

The role requires 4+ years in Product Management, fluency in English and Arabic, and a strong data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, communications, or AI.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Understanding of the Saudi market and local user needs.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 in a startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Technical fluency with the ability to work effectively with Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and product development principles.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will own key areas of Sarj’s product portfolio. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to understand customer needs, define what we build and why, and drive products from concept to launch.
