Job summary

ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a Product Specialist to manage and develop a portfolio of technology products and solutions across AI, IoT, Video Analytics, Security, and Smart Solutions.

The role will bridge vendors and partners with Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Development, and Support, focusing on evaluation, integrations, and enablement. Key responsibilities include lifecycle management, demos, training, and ensuring product compatibility with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SWE, IT, CE, telecommunications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Product Management, Solution Management, Business Analysis, or similar tech role.
• Experience with vendors or technology partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage products throughout their lifecycle and track roadmaps and updates.
• Understand product capabilities, use cases, and requirements.
• Maintain communication with vendors and technology partners.
• Coordinate demos, POCs, training, and technical support.
• Support Presales and technical teams with product compatibility and integration.
• Assist with testing, POCs, and product validation.
• Provide product knowledge, training, and resources to internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Identify new products, partnerships, and product improvement opportunities.

Requirements
