Job summary

Tanmiah in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee day-to-day digital product operations and align objectives with cross-functional teams.

You will manage roadmaps, KPIs, and user requirements; monitor performance; analyze feedback; and drive continuous improvement.

This office-based role requires 6–8 years in product management, strong communication, and the ability to work at the corporate HQ in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent majors.
• 6–8 years of Product Management/Development experience or related.
• Advanced knowledge of Product Management.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of digital products to ensure efficient and effective performance.
• Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, and operations teams to align product objectives, priorities, and timelines.
• Maintain and update product documentation, including product features, roadmaps, KPIs, and user requirements.
• Monitor product performance, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze user feedback and insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product-related decision-making.
• Ensure digital products comply with applicable digital policies, security requirements, and quality standards.
