Procurement Specialist

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Nokia Al Saudia is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in telecom & ELV/AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for telecom equipment, ELV, and AV solutions
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
• Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedules and business needs
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and contract compliance
• Collaborate with engineering, project Management, and finance teams
• Ensure procurement processes comply with Nokia Al Saudia policies and local regulations
• Optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines

Required Competencies & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of procurement experience (mandatory)
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• Telecom equipment
• ELV systems
• Audio‑Visual (AV) solutions
• SAP know‑how (mandatory):
• SAP MM / SAP ERP procurement modules
• PR to PO cycle management
• Vendor master data handling
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Location & Availability

Based in Riyadh (or willing to relocate)

Immediate availability preferred (Iqama Transfer only)
