Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join the Supply Chain Department in Dammam. The role focuses on applying procurement principles to source goods and services, while developing and administering procurement actions to support business and project needs.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the specialist will manage supplier performance, negotiate terms, and optimize procurement costs while ensuring quality and compliance across supplier

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities to support business and project requirements.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies based on market and demand analysis.
• Negotiate and manage purchase orders, contracts, and terms.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier performance and relationships.
• Monitor order execution to ensure timely delivery and compliance with requirements.
• Manage supplier risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality and service levels.

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Procurement Specialist to join the Supply Chain Department. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role is responsible for applying Supply Chain Management and Procurement principles to procure goods and services, and for handling the development and administration of procurement actions in support of business and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities to support business and project requirements
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies based on market and demand analysis
• Negotiate and manage purchase orders, contracts, and commercial terms
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier performance and relationships

Education
