Candidates must be currently based in Saudi

An exciting position has arisen to work for a large catering organisation in saudi as there procurement manager,
Reporting to the general manager you will be responsible for the following

• vendor management
• vendor negotiation
• contract management and design
• cost negotiation
• building relationships with suppliers
• management of the purchasing officers
• report management information regarding cost
• strategic sourcing
• buying
• visiting the suppliers and assessing them
• dealing with the purchasing of perishable goods

candidates but me currently based in saudi
you will ideally be from a food service background, hotel background, catering service background
you will have contacts within the field regarding the supplier of food and perishable goods
excellent communicator
solid negotiator with cost
solid vendor management background
experience of reporting on Excel and Word
Comfortable dealing with senior management
Excellent english skills
able to transfer visas within Saudi
