A leading manufacturing and industrial company in Riyadh seeks an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations, develop sourcing strategies, and manage supplier relationships. You will oversee contract lifecycle management, drive cost efficiency, and ensure operational excellence.

Candidates should have 10–12 years in procurement, 7+ years in management, and strong CLM, ERP, and Excel skills. MBA and CIPS/MCIPS preferred; fluent Arabic/English.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of procurement and sourcing experience.
• 7+ years in a managerial role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, contracting, negotiation and supplier management.
• Experience with CLM, ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Bilingual Arabic and English preferred (written and spoken).
• MBA and CIPS/MCIPS certifications are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives.
• Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management activities.
• Manage contract negotiations and oversee the complete contract lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a managerial position.
• At least 5 years of experience within the Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Contracting, and Negotiation.
• Proven experience in Supplier Management, Performance Management, and Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA and CIPS/MCIPS certifications are highly preferred.
• Open to all Arab nationalities.
• Transferable Iqama is required.
• Strong knowledge of:
