One Fence Arabia Company for Industry Al Jubail is seeking a Junior Procurement Engineer with a B.E. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 0–2 years of experience to handle procurement activities in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.

Six days per week on-site circulation. The role involves RFQ preparation, supplier quotation comparison, purchase orders, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, and market monitoring to ensure timely delivery and cost savings.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required.
• 0–2 years total professional experience in procurement preferred.
• Good command of English; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Handle procurement activities for industrial materials, equipment, spare parts, and engineering supplies.Identify, evaluate, and source reliable suppliers.Prepare and issue RFQs and purchase orders.Compare supplier quotations and negotiate prices and delivery terms.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.Follow up on purchase orders and maintain procurement records.Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and technical requirements.Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities. We are looking for a Junior Procurement Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 0–2 years of total professional experience. Candidates must have practical, hands-on procurement experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of RFQs, supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase orders, supplier evaluation, and price negotiation. Good communication, coordination, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a good command of English, are required. Preferred nationalities: Nepalese, Bangladeshi, and Sri Lankan. Candidates must be willing to work in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia, six days per week.
